About Pawenza
It started with a simple, familiar moment.
Every night, our smaller British Shorthair would quietly make her way into bed, curling up beside us as if it were the most natural place in the world. First for a bit of affection — then settling in to sleep, always close, but in her own little space.
More than once, we found ourselves accidentally pushing her away during the night, simply because there wasn’t enough room. At the same time, our larger Ragdoll had his own routine — often claiming one of our pillows entirely.
That contrast sparked something.
We began to wonder: what if the home could be designed to welcome that closeness — without compromise?
We’re a husband-and-wife team based in Denmark, and that was where Pawenza began.
We didn’t want to create just another pet product. Most of what we came across was designed either for pets or for people — rarely both, and almost never in a way that felt natural in a home.
So we set out to create something different: elevated home essentials designed for life with pets. Products that bring people and their pets closer, without giving up comfort, quality, or aesthetics.
The Solace Pillow is where it begins.
After sketches, iterations, and many conversations with manufacturers, we found the right partner — one capable of producing high-quality natural latex with OEKO-TEX® Class 1 certified materials. That became the foundation for our first product and for the standards we want Pawenza to represent.
Our philosophy is simple:
