1. Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible Pawenza products for which warranty coverage is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Limited Warranty does not apply to removable covers, pillowcases, or other textile accessories sold separately.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and in accordance with the product’s intended purpose and care instructions.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of original purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

3. What Is Covered

Covered defects may include, where applicable:

• Structural defects in the latex core
• Abnormal splitting or deterioration of covered core components under normal residential use
• Manufacturing defects in covered core construction or product assembly

4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including expected softening, compression, or cosmetic changes over time
• Comfort preference or dissatisfaction with feel, height, or firmness
• Damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, handling, or storage
• Washing, soaking, or otherwise exposing the latex core to excessive moisture
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper storage
• Damage caused by pets, including scratching, chewing, staining, or soiling
• Odors, stains, discoloration, or unsanitary conditions
• Removable covers, pillowcases, or textile accessories, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase

Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided on the Care & Maintenance page is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

5. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, please contact Pawenza at info@pawenza.com and include:

• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product, if applicable

All warranty claims are subject to inspection, review, and approval by Pawenza.

6. Remedy

If Pawenza determines that a covered defect exists during the warranty period, we may, at our sole discretion:

• repair the product,
• replace the product, or
• provide another appropriate remedy.

Any replacement product will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive written warranty provided for eligible Pawenza products covered by its terms.

Our responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy as described above.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
