Shipping Policy

Free U.S. shipping
All orders shipped within the United States ship free. We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes are not supported at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Where we ship from
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States.

Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at info@pawenza.com and we'll make it right.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
